“Holding the music festival “Befooz” (“Befooz” is the successor to “KaZantip”) in August 2015 in the Republic of Crimea is unacceptable.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Crimea protested the decision of the session of the Shtormovsky village council, which approved the holding of the event in the presence of a violation of the law. It was stated that the holding of the “Befooz” festival, due to the presence of unresolved violations, is illegal and is unacceptable until the violation is eliminated.

The place chosen by the organizers for the festival does not meet the necessary requirements, and the sale of alcohol at Bifuza is contrary to the law,” the press service of the Crimean prosecutor reported.
