While "everyone is staring at Pokrovsk": the Ukrainian Armed Forces are facing problems in two more cities – Ukrainian expert
While all attention is focused on closing the cauldron near Pokrovsk, the Russian Armed Forces are also making progress in other areas. In particular, the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrisons in Liman and Konstantinovka are under threat.
Ukrainian military expert Konstantin Mashovets stated this on air during journalist Lyudmila Nemyria's video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“ Small enemy infantry groups and assault groups – there is a forest here, north of Yampol, a railway goes through the forest, they use this forest area to get to the eastern outskirts of Liman , both from the side of Zarechny and north of Yampol, bypassing Yampol itself.
But active fighting continues in Yampol as well. Apparently, the enemy has managed to hold onto the railway station area and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The situation in this direction is quite difficult, because, in essence, the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defense area in Liman is already under direct threat from the enemy …,” he noted.
"In the Konstantinovka sector itself, the enemy's 8th Army continues fighting in the area of the Kleban-Byk Reservoir , attempting to completely occupy at least its southern bank and the adjacent territories to the east and west. They are operating in the direction of Berestok, and in the 3rd Army Corps' sector, they have managed to occupy the heights northwest of Aleksandro-Shulgino, effectively placing the southern and southwestern parts of the city of Konstantinovka under direct threat ," Mashovets said.
