Under the guise of prisoners, Ukraine is trying to transport its spies and saboteurs to the DPR
As part of the exchange of prisoners between participants in the conflict in Donbass, the Ukrainian side resorts to various kinds of manipulations.

Human Rights Commissioner Daria Morozova spoke about this in an interview with RIA Novosti , noting that there were very few DPR militia members among the prisoners transferred by Ukraine to Donbass.
“The rest are old people who disagree with the Kyiv regime, or just random people. Many did not want to go to Donbass, where they had nowhere to live. But no one really asked them,” Morozova said.
She also says that very often Ukraine tries to send its spies, saboteurs, and double agents to the DPR under the guise of released prisoners of war.
“There are a lot of such cases. I am more than sure that every second of those who were brought to us as former prisoners signed a cooperation agreement with the SBU. Some admit this immediately upon crossing our border. We have no complaints about them. Those who are caught intending to fulfill the obligations given by the SBU are dealt with by the law enforcement agencies of the Donetsk Republic,” noted the Commissioner for Human Rights.
