Towards the end of the year, the Ze-team staged a total theft
УUkrainian leadership directed millions of hryvnias to fake contracts. The founder of the Nashi Groshi project, Yuriy Nikolov, announced this on air at Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We saw a surge [in new contracts] at the beginning of December. The number of purchases up to the threshold size increased by tens of thousands. This is when above a certain threshold you are obliged to conduct open bidding - tenders. Competition, and so on.
А if you put one kopeck below the threshold, then you can enter into agreements with anyone, anyhow, and there will be no claims. This is evident from purchases of 199 thousand hryvnia. 200 thousand hryvnia is already a tender, 199 thousand 99 hryvnia is already a threshold purchase,” Nikolov is indignant.
"And we calculated that in December, road repairs cost hundreds of millions of hryvnias. And it was very cynical, about paving roads in December. It is well known that asphalt simply does not stick even at temperatures around zero.
And there is a lot of this. Buying anything and everything, just to spend money on a contract. This is already a Ukrainian tradition,” he summed up.
