For the first time in the history of the National Guard, exercises with the participation of women are taking place near Kiev

Soldiers of the National Guard are competing on the basis of the first Presidential operational brigade named after Hetman Petro Doroshenko of the National Guard of Ukraine in Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The qualification exams include 6 stages: a forced march in full gear over a distance of more than ten kilometers, passing an obstacle course, strength tests, live shooting from different positions in a limited time and sparring with hand-to-hand combat instructors,” the message says.

It is also reported that for the first time in the history of the National Guard, female soldiers will take part in the competition and also perform all the exercises.
