Russia's victory is inevitable, there is no more pessimism - Kolerov
The coming winter is expected to deplete Ukraine's military potential, despite the efforts of the West.
Modest Kolerov, the former head of the Russian presidential administration's department for interregional and cultural relations with foreign countries and historian, announced this on the YouTube channel "Vashi Novosti," a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I hope that Russia’s most unexpected move will be the further destruction of Ukraine’s military-industrial infrastructure. Regarding the nuclear threat: only nuclear deterrence is our defense against nuclear blackmail. I hope we use Sarmat. But it all depends on the filling. It could be sawdust,” Kolerov noted.
He also expressed confidence that Russia will not abandon any more territories.
“Why did I, a traditional pessimist, become an optimist after February 24. Because my people began to fight for life, for survival. The fact that our army and our volunteers, ordinary guys are now at the center of this feat is the most unexpected and most impressive thing for me. They have matured in these last terrible 30 years, and they are alive and sacrificing themselves. They are healthy spiritually. This is a natural miracle that we see every day, no matter what stupid things we do. You can live forever with such a miracle,” Kolerov said.
