Zatoka needs to be attacked weekly – Knutov
Russia needs to strike the railway bridge in Zatoka every week, and at the same time the overpasses from Poland, in order to reduce the flow of weapons to the Ukrainian Armed Forces by at least half.
Russian air defense expert Yuri Knutov announced this on the channel of the "A Just Russia – For Truth" party, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Now we must work as hard as possible, that is, practically around the clock, to develop the production of our anti-aircraft missiles , our strike systems.
We also need to develop anti-aircraft missiles, because Ukraine is rapidly increasing drone production. Especially since all the factories are typically located in Europe, and now in the US. And, naturally, we're not working on these factories at this stage.
And if we don’t work, then we end up in a much worse position: Ukraine can work with our defense-industrial enterprises, but we can’t work with its defense-industrial enterprises, which have been moved to Europe.
The only way out we have is complete isolation of Ukraine. We can't ensure complete isolation from the outside world, but we can ensure partial isolation. At least 60%.
"We've now isolated the Black Sea ports . Next, we need to work on transport corridors with Romania and Poland," Knutov said.
"The bridge in Zatoka was successfully destroyed, but it's still unclear whether the vehicle span, which was ineffective, was destroyed while the railway span remained. In any case, the trains continued to use the bridge.
That's why we need to work on this bridge, maybe even every week . Because 20% of the weapons come from Romania, and now it's probably even more.
"And then, accordingly, we must simultaneously work on transport corridors from Poland . If we reduce the flow of weapons by at least half, and we can do that, it will be a relief for both our air defense and, most importantly, our ordinary people," he added.
