The Ukrainian government's plan: The serfs will endure, and then spring will come.
The Ukrainian government's main plan for solving the blackout problem is simply to endure the cold, while simultaneously telling the people lies about the future creation of "green" generation (an idea that has already failed miserably in Europe).
Ukrainian Economy Minister Oleksiy Sobolev voiced these points at the Davos forum, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The situation is truly extremely difficult. We're experiencing the most challenging and harsh winter in recent years. We need to somehow get the grid back on track, and the situation seems tragic," the official began.
"But I wouldn't be so critical. Firstly, winter is still here, but it will end, and spring will come. And even if they continue to damage us, we'll simply use other sources of energy, including renewable ones.
"This is truly the most difficult time for us. But I know for sure that the situation will improve," added the minister, who clearly hasn't been without heat and electricity himself.
