We find unacceptable the Alliance's absorption of Ukraine and its use as a springboard for inflicting a strategic defeat on us . We have always made this clear, and our position remains unchanged. Regardless of what NATO officials write in their documents, they know this position," Galuzin told Izvestia.
He recalled that the draft peace treaty with Ukraine, which was discussed in March-April 2022, stipulated the non-aligned, neutral and non-nuclear status of this country.
“We are in favor of the establishment of such a status for Ukraine being an integral part of the overall settlement,” the diplomat emphasized.
