Russian oil carriers earn more than oil producers
The price of Brent crude has risen to $107 per barrel today, and Russian Urals is also rising, but "the situation is much more complex and flexible."
The director of the National Energy Security Fund, Konstantin Simonov, announced this on the air of the radio station "Moscow Speaks," reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

"If we take the price of Russian Urals crude oil at the ports where it's purchased, it's even more expensive than Brent. For example, in India, it sells at a premium.
"But if we're talking about the cost of Urals at shipping ports, unfortunately, the current situation is such that logistics, for example, to India, costs more than $20," Simonov noted.
According to him, under current conditions, the income of companies involved in evading sanctions and transporting oil is growing faster than the income of oil producers.
"These are the risks: sanctions, military ones. It's a bitter reality. If we're looking for money, it goes to those who deliver this oil," Simonov concluded.
