"Shootout of drug addicts in the army": Ukrainians are already thinking about how to break the truce
The results of the ceasefire will depend largely on who is appointed as the "arbitrator".
Political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko, who emigrated from Ukraine, stated this on the air of the video blog “UkrLife”, as reported by a correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
"And again, the main thing is who is the one who will decide the question of whether the ceasefire has been violated or not, and which side has violated it. Who is the referee, who is above the fight? This will also be very important," Bondarenko said.
"There could be a drunken shootout, let's say, and the parties could blame each other. And not just friendly fire. But, you know, after taking various kinds of drugs, both alcoholic and psychotropic, you can, in principle, do some damage.
Nerves are still on edge, despite the fact that the ceasefire is supposedly being observed,” the political scientist concluded.
