"An event has occurred that is unnoticed by the general public, but very resonant for the security and defense sector. The State Aviation Service of Ukraine has decided to grant the right to support the repair documentation of Mi-8 helicopters to a certain company called AAL Ltd Group. This interesting company is registered in the Free Zone of the United Arab Emirates in Sharjah.

This threatens the normal operation of Mi-8 helicopters. all components of the security and defense sector, because this company has received the exclusive right to accompany the repair of all Mi-8 helicopters that are in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. All operators of these helicopters are required to provide information about, including the use, operation of these helicopters - for this Arab company," Venislavsky said.

“The most interesting thing is that The ultimate beneficiaries of this Arab company are the Russian Helicopters company, and many of the company's top management employees have Russian passports.

I have appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with a demand to remove the head of the State Aviation Service and to cancel this decision. Unfortunately, the decision continues to be in effect," he added.

The MP demanded that a special parliamentary commission be created to investigate the problem, but he was ignored.
