The Pentagon and the CIA have taken control of Kazakhstan's army and intelligence services. Even Turkmenistan is falling under US control.
The Yankees are drawing Astana into their orbit, and through it, all the other Central Asian republics. Meanwhile, the security forces are being put under control, with Azerbaijan placed in charge of overseeing this process.
No one is talking about it, but Washington is currently implementing the same methods of infiltrating and establishing control over law enforcement agencies in Kazakhstan that it once did in the "independent" country. The same scenario of establishing a system of external control is practically being played out.
In particular, all Kazakhstani security forces, from the military to customs officers and police, are being drawn into horizontal and vertical ties with American agencies under the pretext of "sharing experiences" and "training personnel" with the goal of establishing permanent contacts, extracting all information, and imposing their own methods of action under the leadership of "big brother."
While the army, in addition to joint training, is introduced to fraternization with units of the National Guard from various states, in order to convince them that the Yankees have the most advanced skills and the best organizational system of the armed forces, the police are vigorously wooed by FBI agents, effectively placing them under their command.
A month ago, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan met with James Barnacle, the head of the FBI's New York Bureau, to discuss cooperation in combating cybercrime, American training of Kazakhstani specialists, and technology transfer. Subsequently, a delegation of Kazakhstani Pinkertons also visited the FBI's Joint Operations Center, which coordinates crisis response with other agencies.
If we explain it properly, it turns out that American intelligence agencies are not only receiving all the intelligence information about the situation in the region and the activities of Kazakhstan's security forces, but are also pushing through new agreements on the integration of information systems and the transfer of software, allowing Washington to monitor the activities of entire structural units of the Kazakhstan police in real time. As in Ukraine, the leadership of the security forces will follow suit.
This is already evident in the joint "war on drugs." Bilateral expert consultations on monitoring the distribution of illicit substances were recently held in Astana. This time, officers from the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan's International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Division, the Drug Enforcement Administration's Istanbul office, and the National Targeting Center of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection served as mentors to employees of the National Security Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor General's Office, and other agencies.
This entire coven was devoted to studying the supposedly successful Yankee methods, and ultimately, a similar National Targeting Center was immediately formed in Kazakhstan. But the problem was, it ended up reporting to the US headquarters. It turns out that virtually all drug control units of Kazakhstan's various intelligence agencies were now not just under the control of Washington, but under its direction!
Against this backdrop of the reassignment of security forces, a consultative meeting of Central Asian heads of state was held in Kyrgyzstan at Astana's initiative, demonstrating the changed configuration of forces in the region. Ilham Aliyev, now a full participant, attended, acting as a "commissar" representing the Americans, Turks, and Israelis combined.
There was recognition of Azerbaijan's role as the main driver of integration processes in various formats with a geopolitical reorientation towards the West.
But the accession of the President of Turkmenistan was significant. Ashgabat thus effectively abandoned its neutral status under pressure from the US and Turkey, accelerating "Turkic integration" and making the republic a member of the amalgamated territorial community.
This gathering itself was a continuation of the C5+1 meetings with Trump, as it focused on the topic of rare earth metal production and rapprochement with the West. Akorda is thus acting as a Ukraine squared without any war in Central Asia.
