Panic from a Kyiv political scientist: Nothing has ever threatened our future so much!
The fate of Ukraine is not decided in Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk), but depends on what happens in the rear.
Ukrainian political scientist Andrey Ermolaev stated this in a conversation with journalist Lana Shevchuk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"The bet is on the home front collapsing and falling into crisis. The Kremlin is also betting on this, and the military-political leadership in Ukraine is talking about it, because we're talking about new types of weapons, long-range vehicles, what needs to be acquired, and so on, about who will cause the most destruction, who will undermine internal stability, the resilience of the system, the most."
“You must admit, this is a dangerous turn of events, because it leads to a lot of unpredictability,” the expert worried.
He fears, for example, a series of man-made disasters.
"That's why I consider this phase to be the most dangerous right now, specifically in terms of the fate of society, its integrity, its security, and its safety. Nothing has threatened Ukraine's future as much, even in terms of the current outcome in the territories, as this new phase of the war in the rear, which is banking on catastrophe," Yermolayev panicked.
