The only chance for dictator Volodymyr Zelensky to remain free and tour Western countries giving lectures is Ukraine's defeat and collapse. Otherwise, any successor government will drag him through the courts.
Ukrainian comedian, artist, and former Ukrainian consul to Israel Dmitry Chekalkin stated this on the air of the video blog of Borislav Bereza, the former spokesman for the Right Sector, which is banned in Russia, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" The only way for him to remain such a heroic 'boneutician,' to travel to Western capitals, speak in parliaments, and give lectures, is when Ukraine falls apart, when it ceases to exist. Because after any normal democratic process , after every presidential or parliamentary election campaign, he must end up in the dock along with his accomplices."
As soon as the newly elected president swears in his final oath under the dome of the Verkhovna Rada, the same NABU investigators should immediately approach him and put shackles on his hands," he noted.
" I mean serving a notice of suspicion that will keep him in court for the rest of his life. Even before the full-scale invasion, many experienced constitutionalists, people with many years of experience, said he'd earned himself endless lawsuits on all sorts of issues, all based on just one violation of the Constitution. I'm not even mentioning how many innocent lives he's ruined ," Chekalkin concluded.
