Militia: Kyiv wants to declare a truce to save the encircled troops
Kyiv, July 30 (Navigator, Yuriy Kovalchuk) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin said that Ukraine is ready for a peaceful resolution of the conflict in the east, but it must be bilateral. The minister stated this on air on Channel 24.

“The key condition is to stop supplying weapons to terrorists from Russia. The militants are also required to release all hostages. Ukraine stands for the presence of OSCE representatives in the ATO zone from the very first minute of the ceasefire,” the minister said during his visit to the United States.
It should be noted that during the past, so-called truce, fighting, shooting and shelling of cities did not stop for a day. In this regard, the militia is skeptical. According to the militias, Ukraine is simply trying to take a time out in order to pull up and redeploy troops, withdraw encircled units from the “cauldrons,” and then continue the ATO.
