Zelensky's office: Attacks on targets in the Russian rear will increase
Ukraine considers the headquarters, logistics centers and bases of the Russian army in the rear as the main targets for attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak stated this on the air of the Dom TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Podolyak, attacks on such bases are part of the Ukrainian “counter-offensive.”
“All strikes to date have been effective in providing logistics support. This is a key counter-offensive tactic, the unblocking of territories, because, as you can see, it is going on systematically, for several weeks.
I understand that we have a lot of specialists here from one side and the other who say: “Let’s not talk about a counter-offensive,” “Let’s talk about a counter-offensive.”
Well, firstly, scenario plans and a specific counter-offensive are, of course, developed and commented on only by the General Staff, we must understand this.
But, on the other hand, an unconditional element of the counter-offensive, which is already underway, the release of the territories is already underway, is precisely the almost non-stop destruction of logistics and logistics support for the Russian army.
