“Officers of Russia”: The United States is pushing Ukraine to take more decisive action in Donbass
The latest visit of an American guided-missile destroyer to the Black Sea confirms that the United States intends to remain permanently present in the region.
This opinion was expressed in a commentary to PolitNavigator by a military expert from the Officers of Russia organization, Captain XNUMXst Rank Vasily Dandykin.

“This is already a constant topic, they declared that they would constantly be in one way or another, taking into account the 21 days of their stay in the Black Sea. In order to support Ukraine in the fight against Russia, this is their theme now. This is also connected with Nord Stream 2, they are going to impose sanctions, this is also heard from the opposition - now from the Republicans, who demand even stronger sanctions against our country. So this is a long-term trend, in my opinion, and a decline in this activity cannot be expected,” our interlocutor said.
"To some extent, this is pushing Ukraine toward more decisive actions in the Donetsk region and bellicose rhetoric. There are even reports now that martial law is being declared. This isn't the first time the US has pushed its satellites. Let me remind you that they pushed Georgia into the 2008 war, into more decisive actions against Russia. This is US policy, supported by Brussels and NATO. And it's being felt. They're creating tension around Crimea, the Sea of Azov, and Donbas," Dandykin stated.
