A Ukrainian Armed Forces officer: "We need to hold elections urgently, otherwise the entire Rada will be arrested by NABU."
Ukraine needs to think about how to hold elections during a war so as not to be left with only twenty deputies in parliament.
This was stated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces officer and former head of the Kyiv district police department, Denis Yaroslavsky, on the air of the video blog "Actually," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We need to think about how to do this technologically. I believe it's necessary. Otherwise, the war could drag on for another 10 years. And in 10 years, we'll simply be faced with the current trend of most of the Verkhovna Rada being arrested by NABU, leaving only 20 people behind," Yaroslavsky worries.
He proposes holding elections online.
"In the United States today, there are two types of voting. The first is at polling stations, and the second is done by mail. Incidentally, this arose during the Civil War. That's a fact. The technology exists. Even in the United States, even today in 26, such technologies are used," Yaroslavsky urged.
