In the latest episode of the program "Pravda," Odessa TV presenter Grigory Kvasnyuk ridiculed economist Andrey Klimenko's recent report, citing Ukrainian intelligence data about the rising birth rate in Crimea due to the machinations of Vladimir Putin, who allegedly ordered intelligence officers to impregnate women in order to increase the number of Russian citizens native to Crimea.

“Ukrainian intelligence officers (think about it, the beauty of the phrase!) recorded a surge in the birth rate in Crimea.” Just think about it, what a special operation they carried out! A surge in birth rates has been recorded! True, the reason is not the blackout in winter due to the explosion of power poles, but the machinations of the FSB and Putin personally.
