It shows a soldier pushing an elderly woman and an elderly wheelchair-bound man to the ground outside the gates of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Shopping and Entertainment Center (Odesa Oblast). Yes, right out of his wheelchair. The man is lying there unable to get up.
People gather around, shouting "What have you done?!", while the Tsentr officers, like cattle, drag the battered prisoner away from them, jingling their machine guns, which are habitually dangling from their arms like a string bag with moonshine and dung for a snack.
The gist. People gathered near the military enlistment office's "fortified area" came to pick up their relative, who had been stopped on the street and taken directly to the shopping center for burial. And now the Odessa Regional TCC has come out with its version of what happened ( sometimes it’s better to chew than to talk ).
