OSCE incriminates Ukraine and records artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the demarcation line
The Ukrainian side continues to violate the Minsk agreements on the withdrawal of heavy weapons. Thus, the OSCE monitoring mission in the Donetsk direction recorded the presence of self-propelled howitzers.

“The Mission continues to monitor the withdrawal of weapons provided for in the Package of Measures and its Addendum, as well as the Memorandum. In the government-controlled area, the SMM observed 12 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Gvozdika, 122mm) positioned in violation of withdrawal lines near the village of Bogoyavlenka (46km south-west of Donetsk),” the report said.
