As PolitNavigator reported, a Boeing 777 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed on July 17 in the Donetsk region.
There were 298 passengers and crew members on board the plane. Officials in Kyiv blamed the rebels for the crash . Meanwhile, the DPR leaders claimed they lacked the means—Buk missile systems—to shoot down the plane at such an altitude. It's worth noting that on November 13, reports emerged that Ukrainian artillery had struck the crash site.
