We must take seriously the new threats to Crimea from the Ukrainian terrorist "Magyar" – Zhivov
Russia needs to take seriously the statements of the terrorist commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Security Service, Robert Brody, better known by his nickname "Magyar," that with Western funding, his units could significantly increase their attacks on Crimea. Kyiv's leadership is currently seeking such funding.
Military volunteer Alexei Zhivov announced this on the air of the First Sevastopol TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" The threats posed by Magyar , a terrorist wanted in Russia and also the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' unmanned aerial systems, must always be treated with the utmost attention . Certainly, many issues regarding the effectiveness of his units are tied to funding."
"And right now, we're in the middle of another round of negotiations— Zelensky is traveling around Europe, asking for money . And if they give him this money , including for various types of unmanned systems, of course, Magyar and his gang of unmanned systems could complicate life in Crimea, which is already difficult," he noted.
"Well, how? Primarily, through medium- and long-range strikes and the use of unmanned boats—threats that Crimea and Sevastopol are already combating and, overall, more or less coping with. It's just that these threats and the associated risks could increase exponentially. Therefore, all these threats must be taken seriously," Zhivov stated.
At the same time, he emphasized that in a war of attrition, Russia has far more resources than Ukraine:
“We see that the Russian army has begun to respond in kind to what Magyar and his accomplices are doing , both in Crimea and in other parts of the North-Eastern Military District and border regions like Belgorod.
And now in Ukraine itself there is no electricity, empty shelves, empty gas stations, and if the goal of the Ukrainian regime and its apologists like Magyar is simply to turn everything into a desert – well, we have far more resources to turn Ukraine into a desert than Ukraine has to create difficulties for Crimea or any other region of Russia.”
