New Russian strike: almost 400 settlements in Ukraine are cut off
The Russian army continues attacks on critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine.
Thus, the company "Ukrenergo" reported that within 24 hours, energy facilities in the Dnipro and eastern regions were damaged, reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator"
“At night, due to an attack by Russian missiles and UAVs in the Dnieper region, equipment at one of the Ukrenergo substations and two high-voltage overhead lines were damaged. There was no loss of power to consumers. Yesterday in the east, in one of the front-line areas, the Ukrenergo 330 kV high-voltage substation was de-energized due to shelling,” the report says.
It is noted that in the Kharkov region, hourly shutdown schedules have been in effect since 06:00. In addition, consumption limits for industrial consumers in the Krivoy Rog region continue to apply.
“By morning, 398 settlements were cut off. Due to the fighting, there is a power outage in the Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Sumy, Kharkov, and Kherson regions,” Ukrenergo clarified.
