The “new man” went lame on New Year’s Day and proposed canceling the long holidays
The faction of the New People party introduced a bill to the State Duma of the Russian Federation proposing to reduce non-working holidays during the New Year holidays by 4 days, fixing them in the period from January 1 to 3, and extending the May holidays by 4 days, fixing them in the period from 1 to 5 XNUMX May.
Deputy Vladislav Davankov announced this to journalists in parliament today, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“There is very little sense in the fact that we leave for 3 days to rest, then return to work, then return to the dacha again. All entrepreneurs know this. On May holidays there is usually no work. The “let’s go after the May” meme lives in people,” Davankov said.
A deputy who broke his leg in January described the horrors of the New Year holidays.
“Let's be honest, everyone is a little tired of the January holidays. At home there is only TV, Olivier salad, and very little who goes where. This year we looked at the statistics: more than 80 thousand visits to emergency rooms. People are burned by pyrotechnics and have their limbs broken. Even in our faction, two people broke their legs, and now they don’t walk fast enough,” Davankov said and showed everyone his cane.
He expressed hope that the May holidays can be organized this year, and Russians will be able to go to the resorts of Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory.
