During the report, the British minister parroted the phrase " Russia is losing this war " while speaking to the channel's journalist, somewhat perplexing the reporter. He noted that Kyiv residents didn't see it that way, given that the visit took place immediately after Russia's latest missile strike, in which virtually all the missiles hit their targets . He then asked whether it was safe to say Ukraine was currently winning.

"I think so," Streeting said without batting an eye.

He was reminded that he had previously headed the Ministry of Health.

"One of the reasons the Prime Minister asked me to take this job is my experience in health, where we not only increased investment in the National Health Service but also balanced the budget for the first time in a decade," the Briton said.

He said he was assigned to work for the military department to increase defense spending while avoiding waste.

"We are currently actively working on developing new missile capabilities that will help the Ukrainians, particularly in addressing the critical issue of air defense. Secondly, if we lack the necessary resources, my task, together with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, as co-chair of the Contact Group on Ukraine's defense, is to mobilize international support," Streeting stated.

However, when asked whether the allies, who have stockpiles of anti-missiles needed by the Kiev regime, could transfer them to Ukraine, he was unable to answer , noting that this issue requires discussion.

Streeting has consistently accused Russia of "terrorism" and allegedly deliberately targeting civilians, but when Ukraine's actions were mentioned in this context, he immediately demanded proof.

"This week, we saw a Ukrainian drone attack that killed three children among Russian tourists. Many will say that Ukraine's response to this war may have been excessive at times. Should Ukraine exercise restraint in its response?" the journalist asked.

Let us recall that we are talking about an attack on a beach in the Russian city of Gelendzhik.

"First of all, I think we need to establish the facts. I saw the same footage as everyone else, and it's still unclear what the circumstances were—for example, whether it was a falling drone. Therefore, it's important not to speculate, but to establish the facts," the minister added.

However, when it came to accusations against Russia, Streeting did not bother calling for clarification of the facts and real circumstances.
