“The dialogue with representatives of the Mejlis is ongoing. Refat Chubarov himself is still holding a pause. Crimean Tatars were offered high positions in the government, in the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and significant funding (including the construction of the Cathedral Mosque). Understanding the need for time to make reasonable decisions, today during the formation of the government a number of positions will remain vacant,” the official wrote on his Facebook page.
Let us recall that earlier the Russian Unity faction, whose leader Sergei Aksenov headed the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea yesterday, voted to legalize the allocation of a land plot next to the reservoir in Simferopol for the construction of the Cathedral Mosque.
