The famous Ukrainian diplomat Roman Bessmertny, who was the representative of Ukraine at the negotiations in Minsk, released another “zrada”.
According to him, negotiations in the Normandy format are conducted primarily in Russian. He stated this on the Skrypin online channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Including the format of the conversation between the four of us, which was conducted by Hollande, Putin, Poroshenko, Merkel. The “Normandy Format” was conducted, as a rule, in Russian.
