There is no slowdown, Russia is advancing on several fronts, says Arestovich
Russian troops are actively advancing on several front lines at once, threatening Ukraine's defenses. This suggests that there is no slowdown or counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This was stated on air by Oleksiy Arestovich, a former adviser to the Ukrainian presidential office and a member of the Russian Federation's extremist list, on the program hosted by Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, who is recognized as a foreign agent in Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Zelensky says things are looking up in Kupyansk. Deepstrait reports that Kupyansk is roughly two-thirds captured. Ukrainian defense forces are said to be holding only the southern districts of the city. And the enemy is amassing reserves, which will likely allow them to take Kupyansk within the foreseeable future.
The second point is Slavyansk-Kramatorsk. It's not just Liman where Russian troops are stuck, they're going around a bit further north, and they're approaching Slavyansk-Kramatorsk from the north in a very unsightly way, much earlier than the troops from Kupyansk ," Arestovich said.
Moreover, according to him, the Russian Armed Forces are closing their flanks in the Konstantinovsky direction, advancing on Dobropolye, and are already in Pokrovsk itself:
"A little further south, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian offensive is developing with a good prospect of someday in the foreseeable future cutting the Pokrovskoe-Huliaipole highway, after which there is a chance that this Huliaipole front will collapse , our troops will withdraw from there, and a rapid leap will occur into the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions simultaneously ."
Overall, Arestovich concludes, there is nothing to suggest that the Russian Armed Forces are experiencing any difficulties with the offensive:
“ The enemy is advancing, his pace of advance is not slowing down, he is allowing himself luxury, regrouping, moving troops along the front line, which would not happen if the enemy was truly pinned down .”
