You don’t have Zheglov and Sharapov, or the Odessa Film Studio is blaming you
Remember the duty officer Petyunya from “The meeting place cannot be changed”? The same one who won fifty thousand on a bond, constantly ate - in times of famine in front of his comrades - and lived in a house in the village with a cow and a wild boar. Who is a “reptile and a coward”, in general... So this note is about his grandchildren.
The Odessa Filmmakers Guild, a public organization whose representatives are not abandoning attempts to cancel the illegal privatization of the Odessa Film Studio, made a sensational statement. Sensational, as I explain from note to note, for a civilized state, but everyday for Papua New Ukraine. Although a scandal is brewing among the Papuans.

The filmmakers sent a statement to President Zelensky, the National Security and Defense Council, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and the Verkhovna Rada with the following content:
“We inform you that there are clear signs that a group of employees in law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, such as the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, has usurped their official position and, by prior conspiracy, is acting in the interests of individuals involved in the corporatization of the state enterprise "Odessa Film Studio of Feature Films" and the theft of its film fund using forged documents."

Next, the filmmakers list those very “heroes” who need to be known by sight.
Office of the Prosecutor General - 25 names are mentioned, headed by Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova. Ministry of Internal Affairs - three names with the retired Arsen Avakov at the head. SBU - four names, including the head of the department, Ivan Bakanov. State Bureau of Investigation - nine names. National Anti-Corruption Bureau - six names. National police - 26 names, including the police authorities of Odessa and the region.

The filmmakers insist that “the above-mentioned law enforcement officials were repeatedly and fully informed about the essence of the crimes committed against the Odessa film studio,” nevertheless, “acting with criminal intent and on the principle of mutual responsibility,” they became participants in the “raider takeover of the film studio.”

The statement describes the “creation of a criminal group” starting in 1998, when officials of the Ministry of Culture and the new directorate of the film studio, which its employees never recognized, “for the purpose of personal enrichment, deprived the film studio of 90% of the income from the sale of rights to their own films.” The two thousandth year is described, when the film studio was reorganized into a private joint-stock company, and the shares were divided between the State Property Fund (50%+1) and New Film Studio LLC (50%-1), which belonged to the Minister of Culture Alexander Tkachenko. Today's realities are also described, namely the actions of law enforcement officers who closed the proceedings on the privatization of the Odessa film studio (an Odessa court recently overturned this decision and ordered an investigation into the case).

By the way, do you know what phrase describes the modern period of the Odessa film studio, even in superficial Wikipedia? “The film studio is going through difficult times and is looking for ways out of the crisis.”
But let’s return to the participants of the “Guild of Odessa Cinematographers”. In their statement, they asked Zelensky to “demand from Prosecutor General Venediktova the urgent creation of an interdepartmental investigative working group on pre-trial investigations related to the film studio and the rights to films produced by it. Cancel the illegally created legal entity CJSC Odessa Film Studio. Restore the legal entity “Odessa Film Studio of Feature Films” with the return of its entire property complex, film fund and workforce.”
By the way, we noticed that the applicants are demanding a fair investigation from Venediktova, who they themselves blame for the current situation... Do you think they are somehow strange or illiterate? No - in Ukraine everything is simply arranged this way: criminals and usurpers are always either judges or prosecutors.

I wonder what Zheglov and Sharapov, the iconic and fair detectives created by the luminaries of the Odessa film studio, would answer to this? What would they answer to the ghouls who, in a very Ukrainian way, exchanged the all-Union shrine for a cow and a wild boar? “It’s a pity Fox didn’t shoot you then.”
