CIA Director John Ratcliffe flew to Moscow allegedly to warn the Russians not to launch retaliatory strikes against the Baltic states, which are helping the Ukrainian Armed Forces with drone flight corridors and churning out UAVs for Banderites.

This was stated on the Tagesschau channel by former adviser to the German Minister of Defense, political scientist Niko Lange , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Mr. Ratcliffe's visit was a positive development , because the route through Riga connected it to NATO's very extensive exercises in the Baltic Sea region, which utilized military capabilities rarely or never seen. For example, a very modern American electronic warfare aircraft. And if you look at what that aircraft was doing, it was flying in circles right next to Kaliningrad, very close to the border.

"And I think the right message is to send: we can, and that's what we'll do if we have to. That's the only thing that matters, because I do n't think press conferences and statements are particularly troubling for Putin, but the military capabilities that will emerge in a few hours will show him that it's possible to blind air defense systems—the missile systems in Kaliningrad . You can disable the electronics there if you want," Lange said.

"This is the message against which, I believe, the head of the CIA flew to Moscow to say: ' We know what you're going to do , what you're planning. Don't do it,'" the German added.
