"We don't recognize Russians!" – Banderites agree to consider only the rights of Hungarians.
The concessions Ukraine has agreed to regarding the rights of Hungarians in Transcarpathia will not set a precedent for the Russian population, as such a group does not exist, only "Russified Ukrainians."
The controversial Lviv TV presenter and Russophobe Ostap Drozdov made this statement on the air of journalist Alexander Bliznyuk's video blog , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" We were 'scamming' Orbán, and then Magyar rolled out the same thing Orbán said. And in the form of an ultimatum, too . Orbán never issued ultimatums to the Hungarian community. And we swallowed it.
Ukraine has agreed to adhere to all European charters on national minorities. All linguistic, cultural, and educational rights of the Hungarians of Transcarpathia will be respected, as this is part of our European integration.
But this only applies to two communities – Hungarians and Romanians . The other national minorities are so small that they don't have any rights," Drozdov said.
He particularly emphasized that “ this does not concern the Russian language . ”
"The European Charter for the Protection of Minorities applies only to national minorities.
That is, to do this, you need to be a national minority, call yourself Russian, and position yourself as such. And then demands can follow.
And not Russian-speaking Ukrainians—Russified, colonized mankurts. So Russian-speakers are not a national minority. Call yourself Russian, and then lay claim to something.
"Therefore, there will be no threats due to the Hungarian precedent . Speaking Russian doesn't entail any rights , because it's not a sign of a national minority. It's a sign of colonization and intellectual infirmity," the Nazi added.
