Russia should not leave a single piece of land from Ukraine. Otherwise, an anti-Russian formation will undoubtedly arise in this uncontrolled part.
State Duma deputy and Odessa resident Anatoly Wasserman stated this on the air of the First Sevastopol TV channel, a correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".
“I must warn you in advance that this will not be limited to these territories. Since the vast majority of Ukrainian citizens are Russian, professional Ukrainians, that is, those who try to benefit from Ukraine's separation from the rest of Russia, are forced to act against the interests of the majority of their fellow citizens. That is why Ukraine, separate from the rest of Russia, inevitably slides into actions against all Russians, including against the parts of Russia adjacent to it,” he noted.
“Therefore, as long as there remains at least some piece of territory in the world that has the right to be called independent Ukraine, this piece will remain a source of increased danger both for Ukraine itself and for the rest of Russia. Therefore, the idea of denazification and demilitarization is, in principle, incompatible with leaving any kind of independent Ukraine,” Wasserman concluded.
