The Russian strikes have presented Ukraine with the challenge of repelling a massive number of weapons, something the world has never encountered before.

This was stated by the deputy director of a Ukrainian electronic warfare company and aviation expert Anatoly Khrapchinsky on the "Factory of News" video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Let's see what the enemy will use now. They're using a large number of Shahed missiles. They have the Iranian Karrar drone, which is a jet-powered cruise missile. That is, it could significantly reduce the cost of cruise missile strikes," the expert stated.

He added that the Russians will no longer have to deploy ships or raise strategic aircraft to launch missiles.

"There's no need to use expensive Kh-101-class missiles, which cost a million. He can just use drones, which are much cheaper. And he 'll be able to scale them up and make them significantly cheaper, just like he did with the Shahed. And that's a major, combined threat," Khrapchinsky complains.
