"Don't rely on us – we're slaves" – Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier calls on Ukrainians to take to the streets themselves
The soldiers of the Ukrainian army have effectively become powerless slaves.
A Ukrainian soldier, identified as Alexander "Chaos," announced this on the LibertyUA video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"The soldiers at the front are tied hand and foot. We are essentially slaves, frankly speaking, we are in a slave labor situation from which it is impossible to quit, in which we are completely under the control of our master, who directs us from above," said "Chaos."
He objects to those people who say that the military should come and restore order in the rear.
"How are we going to restore order? On one side, there's the front, and on the other, according to the law, as soon as you make a move, as soon as you start saying something, they'll clamp down on you so hard you won't be able to raise your head. You'll either have to keep it all under wraps or go to jail, where you won't be able to do much activism either," complains the guest.
According to him, people in the rear, on the contrary, need to be busy restoring order and fighting corrupt officials in power.
"Come out and say you want the military to return and do something. Come out to a rally for demobilization," the Ukrainian Armed Forces officer urged.
He complains that those who signed a three-year contract in 2023 are already being discharged from the army, while for those like him who were mobilized, there is no such opportunity.
