"We have nothing to fight with. We talk to the guys at the front, for example, the old well-known problem with these pickups is old used equipment. You can't imagine what a car zoo it is when you drive along the front line, everyone drives these cars there, all types, all countries, right-hand drive, left-hand drive.

But it needs to be serviced. But many of these cars are not registered with military units. And why? Because if a soldier, whose family and friends have collected money for this car, and he drives it, registers it with his military unit, then it will no longer be his car, but the military unit's. And the commanders there, the senior officers, simply take these cars for themselves", - said Sebastianovich.

"The man's relatives, friends, and loved ones saved up for this car, and the commander took it for himself. That is, no one wants to register it. And if you haven't registered it, you can't write it off as fuel and lubricants, or for repairs. And so This mess has been going on for the fourth year of the war, they can’t solve this problem.

Although in four years it would have been possible to simply build a plant in Ukraine that would produce these pickups. And these pickups cost the army 10 thousand dollars. The simplest configuration, manual transmission, the simplest diesel engine," the Ukrainian political scientist reasoned.
