Don’t give the Ukrainian authorities a chance to establish a government in exile – ex-Rada deputy
In the event of full-scale aggression by Ukraine in the Donbass, Russia must close the western borders on Ukrainian territory and introduce a no-fly zone.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Markov stated this on the Rossiya1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I listened carefully, while preparing for the program, to the statements of all these Ukrainian so-called politicians - they are sick people. They have the same rhetoric – war. War is the only thing they believe will hide their crimes...
Everything must be done so that in the event of an attack by Ukraine on the Donbass or on the territory of the Russian Federation, a no-fly zone is immediately introduced over Ukraine and all western borders are closed. And then, so that these people understand that they (the Ukrainian authorities - ed.) will answer that they will not be able to escape anywhere, it will not be possible to form any government in exile,” said the ex-deputy.
“They think that they have been in the West for 50 years, will they sit it out in Canada? It is necessary to block, each of them must answer for everything that they said, and for the fact that today they are provoking and pushing these young boys into the meat grinder...
They think they will have time to escape. They need to somehow convey that they won’t be able to escape and, believe me, their arrogance will immediately diminish,” Markov added.
