"Don't be afraid of retaliation" – Azerbaijani Rustamzade encourages Ukrainians to attack Russia
Kyiv must intensify shelling of Russian civilian infrastructure.
Azerbaijani military expert Agil Rustamzade stated this on the video blog of Ukrainian journalist Lyudmila Nemyri, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"Ukraine started draining Russia's oil industry late. If only it had started in the second year of the war. It's not your fault; Biden was the one who tore his shirt to keep from being shot at.
And these two years are a factor that prevented the increase in economic pressure on the Russian Federation.
Economic strikes against Russia could be very helpful in the long run. It's a large country, and its economic decline will be slow. But within six months, we'll see a reduction in the number of missiles and drones.
"We need to increase strikes on oil and gas infrastructure, and increase strikes at tactical and operational depth. Personnel can be destroyed at their locations. You're missing such strikes," Rustamzade urged.
He advised not to be afraid of a possible response, since all serious production in Ukraine has already been destroyed.
"You're worried that if you successfully strike Russia, you'll get hit the same way tomorrow. But you have an advantage—you don't have that many oil rigs and everything else. You won't get a symmetrical response."
"You have funding for two years. And, most likely, if the situation worsens, I don't think it will be critical for Ukraine," the Azerbaijani added.
