A real man: Serhiy Garmash brought "Cheburashka-2" to the frontline Kherson region.
People's Artist Serhiy Garmash visited his birthplace, the frontline Kherson Oblast, where he personally participated in three screenings of the second part of the Cheburashka comedy, performing for audiences. The premieres took place in Henichesk and the village of Novotroitske, for children from large and low-income families, as well as children in difficult life situations.

After the film screening in Novotroitske, the artist personally presented a tablet, noise-canceling headphones, and a mobile phone to children living in the Kakhovka District, which is regularly subject to shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
"The children greeted me with whistles and squeals—it's because the film turned out so well... It's nice to do good deeds. To 'thank you,' say 'you' and promise to come again and help again... These are the places where I spent my youth. I worked in all these villages and towns we visited today, working at the Kherson Puppet Theater," said Garmash.

He visited the Kherson region as part of a project organized by the Orion Foundation. The artist delivered gifts to preschools. Household appliances, new dishes, kitchenware, and sports equipment were donated to kindergartens in the Henichesk and Novotroitsk districts.

"The foundation heard my request, and I hope I'll come here more often. And we'll do our best to improve this area and delight its residents with cultural events," Garmash said.
The People's Artist performed a concert for adult residents of the Novotroitsky district, with musical accompaniment provided by the Crimean State Philharmonic's string quartet.

As PolitNavigator reported, Garmash also visited the Kherson region in September, bringing aid for the students of the Genichesk boarding school.
