We are facing capitulation: this is an anomaly, not mobilization – Chmut
Ukraine failed to direct mobilization in the country along a positive scenario.
Ukrainian military analyst and volunteer Taras Chmut stated this in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"That's why we're now seeing situations where TCC and SP servicemen are being attacked, and hundreds of real people are celebrating in the comments. I don't even know how to describe it. Strangely enough, the servicemen themselves don't like TCC and SP," Chmut noted.
The interviewer noted that the same military personnel serve in the TCC.
"Yes! Combat battalion commanders, a huge number of brigade commanders, in conversations with dozens of people, say they don't like the TCC and SP," the expert is perplexed. "And this is some kind of anomaly, because mobilization is intended to replenish potential on the battlefield, to replace losses for waging war. Without mobilization, there will be capitulation!"
