“We will be torn apart and imprisoned when the war is over” - Ukrainian drone manufacturer
Workers of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex risk ending up behind bars due to the mess deliberately created by officials in the bureaucratic system.
Artem Vyunnik, director of Athlon Avia, said this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Due to the fact that during two years of war, the rules for concluding contracts have changed four times. This is presented as an attempt to liberalize the market, simplify procedures, and supposedly abandon some kind of totalitarian control of producers,” Vyunnik said.
“But in fact, with each new change, the rules of the game become less and less clear, and become more and more dangerous for the manufacturer.
And if we have been working for a long time and already understand how to do it more or less correctly so that it is within the framework of the law, then new companies that come in - I see these frightened eyes of young guys who say: “We understand that we will simply be torn apart and will be imprisoned when the war is over.” Because there has simply never been such a mess as there is now in concluding contracts,” the expert concluded.
