He made this statement on the ZIK television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent . According to the politician, the drunken chief of Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district police department accused him of drug addiction.
“The head of the Shevchenkovsky police department, a certain Pristupa, the former head of the Gorlovka police, came, drunk as he was... We had a verbal altercation, because the man simply reeks of alcohol and still cheats us of our license, and also calls me a drug addict. This is a purely Russian thing, Russian propaganda. Russians always say that Saakashvili is a drug addict, a snorter, and so on. This, of course, Gorlovka, Donetsk, repeats the Russian cliché,” Saakashvili said.
