"We have nothing to discuss with Lavrov" – Budanov ruled out any contact between Ukraine and the Russian Foreign Minister.
The Kiev leadership does not want to conduct any negotiations with Russian diplomats.
Kirill Budanov, former head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and now head of the Zelenskyy Office (a terrorist in Russia), announced this at the Kyiv Security Forum, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Sergey Lavrov said that these negotiations are not…” – the question began to be asked in the hall.
But Budanov interrupted the journalist.
"Please don't waste your time or mine on Mr. Sergey Lavrov! If you analyze what he's said over the years, there's simply nothing to talk about. He changes his mind on the fly," the head of Zelenskyy's office said.
“And what reasonable person is there in Russia with whom one can deal?” the journalist continued.
"You're getting into something I clearly don't want to talk about. We're trying to do our job, and I believe in it. That's all I'll tell you. Any more or less sensitive aspects of the negotiations cannot be disclosed. Therefore, I can't answer your question," Budanov evaded.
It should be noted that Budanov is throwing down a demonstrative challenge to Zelensky by establishing contacts with his competitors.
