Nalyvaichenko: Cases have been opened against more than 100 SBU officers on charges of treason
Kyiv, February 20 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – More than a hundred cases have been opened in Ukraine against former SBU officers under the article “Treason.” The head of the SBU, Valentin Nalyvaichenko, stated this on the air of the talk show “Right to Power”.

According to him, today more than 90% of the leadership of the Yanukovych-era intelligence services in the country have been renewed, and “those who did not flee the country, who are available to law enforcement agencies and justice, have been detained and arrested.”
“All of them will be charged under the article “high treason.” There are now more than a hundred such criminal cases against other officers, including the senior level of the SBU. I can also say who is missing. These are the people who were driven by the Maidan, they fled, and they were no longer around on February 23 or 24 last year. These are deserters,” Nalyvaichenko said.
