Former Ukrainian Air Force Colonel Roman Svitan announced this on the "Factory of News" channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"After the Belgorod Reservoir was blown up, water was released toward Volchansk, and it flooded the left bank of the Seversky Donets. Russians are now catching frogs and crayfish there.
"A psychological operation is underway, a very good and effective one. I support this kind of operation ," Svitan said.
He emphasized that in this way, the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Main Intelligence Directorate are “striking fear” into the population of Russia’s border regions.
"The mere mention of the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces already strikes fear into the Russians. And Madyar, who is currently in charge of these systems, is doing a good job."
"A sufficient number of drones and pilots will make it possible to create a real kill zone of 30-40 kilometers. Not a single Russian piece of hardware will be able to get through. But that's only if there are enough drones and personnel," the Ukrainian colonel added.
It should be noted that the main damage to the Belgorod Reservoir was caused by Hymars missiles.
