Black smoke over Kyiv – Russia hits new targets
Enormous black clouds rose over Kyiv's left-bank neighborhood in the morning after Russian missiles struck food warehouses—locations like these are known to be popular among the Ukrainian Armed Forces for camouflaging ammunition depots and hiding military equipment.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations' aviation has now been called in to extinguish the fire, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Even the Ukrainian authorities officially admit that their air defenses missed five of the nine ballistic missiles, as well as more than ten attack drones. It is known that a thermal power plant and factories supplying the Ukrainian defense industry were also targeted in Kyiv.
The day before, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the Belgorod Reservoir dam using US-supplied Himars missiles. Equipment, several buildings, and the lifting mechanisms of one of the sluice gates were damaged.
