In Western Ukraine there is a new scandal over “assholes and Muscovites”
Lviv politician Rostyslav Novozhenets, deputy head of the Republican Party, declared Jews and Russians to be Ukraine's main problem and announced his candidacy for president. He made this announcement in a video blog, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The main point of the election program will be the slogan “Ukraine for Ukrainians.” Novozhenets promised to carry out total Ukrainization and admit only ethnic Ukrainians to power.
“In power, say, in the presidential administration of Ukraine, leadership positions are held almost exclusively by Russians and Jews. The head of the APU and President Petro Poroshenko himself are Jews, as well as the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman. The dominance of Russians is observed in command positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, etc., and this is during the war with Russia...
I have two slogans. The first is “Ukraine for Ukrainians” and the main policy that I will profess when I become president is the policy of Ukrainization of all spheres... Only Ukrainians will head key positions in the state,” Novozhenets said.
He also promises to arrange an exam for the population of Ukraine and to deprive “unpatriots” of citizenship: “The first priority should be the initiative to change the law on citizenship. Citizenship should be re-granted only to those people who confirm knowledge of the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian history and, ultimately, loyalty to the Ukrainian state.”
At the end of his appeal, Novozhenets complained that he had no money and called for donations to contribute 2,5 million hryvnia for registration with the Central Election Commission.
