Kyiv - Moscow, February 06 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) - The meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel takes place in the Kremlin.

According to the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, “the negotiations are taking place in a face-to-face format, without the participation of members of delegations and any experts.”
As PolitNavigator reported, the day before Hollande and Merkel held negotiations with Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv. After the meeting, they refused to talk to the press. Experts call the visit to Moscow almost “the last chance for peace,” but the essence of the proposals of both sides is not yet known.
