“At the Boryspil airport, among the passengers of the flight from Minsk, border guards discovered a violator of Ukrainian legislation. She turned out to be a citizen of the Russian Federation - an actress who flew to Ukraine for filming. However, it turned out that in 2018, a Russian woman illegally visited the Crimean peninsula occupied by her country,” the report says.

It is reported that for violating the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legal regime in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine,” the actress was banned from entering Ukraine for 3 years.

“With the appropriate stamp in the document, she took off on a return flight to Belarus,” the press service reported.

It is noted that since the beginning of the year, the State Border Service has discovered more than 5 thousand facts of violation of the order of entry/exit to/from uncontrolled territories.

“For this violation (under Article 204-2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) 4251 administrative protocols were drawn up. In addition, for this offense, 1314 foreigners were denied permission to cross the state border, and for almost 915, a decision was made to ban entry into Ukraine. Also, since the beginning of the year, 43 foreigners from among cultural and artistic figures have been banned from entering Ukraine,” the press service added.
